Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped via UPS or if requested, orders may be express shipped by Federal Express. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

Emages Beauty Return Policy

Returns for any of The Best Hair & Body Products will be accepted within 30 days with appropriate Authorization Number, for any reason, no questions asked. Other product returns must be approved by customer service within a 30 day period.

Call (713) 521-0823 for Return Address and a Return Authorization Number that will be assigned to the package by customer service.

RETURNED PACKAGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN APPROPRIATE RA#.

FOR CONFIRMATION PURPOSES RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. ANY PACKAGE RECEIVED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE WILL REGRETFULLY BE REFUSED.
